Well-established Victorian manufacturer with a national project portfolio is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead project delivery end-to-end. As Senior Project Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of technical delivery and engineering management - owning projects from handover through to commissioning, staying hands-on with the engineering and technically sharp while managing scope, budget and schedule. Client-facing when it counts, hands-on with the detail when it matters, and the expertise to guide the team around you. The role demands someone who is equally comfortable in the detail of a P&ID and the discipline of a project plan. To be considered, you must possess: 5 years' experience delivering projects end-to-end within the water and wastewater treatment industry Strong technical knowledge across treatment technologies: MBR, UF, RO and DAF - with a solid understanding of mechanical design Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules and procurement from handover through to commissioning Experience coordinating resources: manpower, equipment and materials - across concurrent projects Proficiency across the full project documentation suite: P&IDs, PFDs, BOMs, ITPs, MDRs, OM manuals, spares lists and Gantt charts Hands-on experience with factory testing, plant start-up and site-based commissioning Confident providing technical authority and guidance to both engineering and site-based teams Strong client and stakeholder management — able to lead communication from point of sale through to handover Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Project Current Construction Induction Card, unrestricted driver's licence, Australian residency and police check A background across both manufacturing and site-based delivery environments will be highly regarded What's on Offer: $150,000 – $170,000 Super Nationally scoped projects across a broad range of water and wastewater treatment systems and sectors Technical variety - no two projects the same, no narrow specialisation A lean environment where capability is recognised, initiative is rewarded and conventions are challenged South-East Melbourne based To apply, please upload your current Word-formatted CV to the "Apply Now" link below.
